My personal experience at the botanic gardens
Being a lifelong San Diego resident I have been to the botanic gardens on a few occasions over the years. Always when there was an event hosted there though. My most recent trip to the gardens was the first time that I just “stopped by”. I don’t know why but it felt different than other times. I found it to be very relaxing to just stroll through the paths. Just as well to stop and read small plaques with information about the plants or how things came to be. While all the events and holiday celebrations I have been to have been great. Just as great is any day of the week.
