Prerunning the 2021 Baja 1000
With the Monster Energy Can Am Team.
2021 Baja 1000
Every 3 years the Baja 1000 makes a run down the Peninsula of Baja California. This year’s race went from Ensenada to La Paz covering 1,227 miles. We were heading down to pre run our section; race mile 840 to the finish.
One day before meeting up with the rest of the Monster Energy Can Am Team. My friend and Co Driver Eric and his wife and I made it down to surf San Miguel and enjoy some nice food at the winerys of valle de guadalupe.

Loreto
Loreto was our home base for the Majority of our pre run. Having never been to Loreto I was thoroughly impressed with everything the city had to offer. A beautiful bay, delicious food and peace and quiet.
With the nature of this race, the race vehicle started off the line on thursday. We wouldn’t see the race vehicle until the following morning as it would take around 20 hrs to get to mile 840 and to us.
