What is crit racing?
Crit racing or “Criterium” racing is short course, timed road bike racing. In this case 40 min plus 5 laps (if I remember correctly).
Vista Course
The 4 corners of the vista crit offer up their own unique challenges. The course having some elevation gain, also means some loss of elevation. That makes for a fast turn 2 as well as a fast and technical turn 3. In turn 3 you are coming down a gradual down hill into a 90 degree turn through a cross gutter. Definitely worth taking a look at!
