Is bread “the way it should be”. In addition to probably the best bread you’ve ever had. They also have delicious pastries on offer. I am big fan of the Danishes. Keep your eyes out for the savory Danishes, seriously delicious!

Has a large selection of fermented “good for you” good stuff!

and some of the best vegan tacos I have ever had. The tacos have a walnut meat like filling with pico de gallo salsa wrapped in a fermented cabbage leaf for the taco shell. Very healthy and truly tasty! promoting biodiversity of good gut bacteria. The pickles are pretty darn good too!
